Locations & Hours
Primary Location: 4950 Yonge St. Suite 2200, Room 26, Toronto Ontario, M2N 6K1. The office is located within the The Madison Centre (i.e., 4950 Yonge Street) on the 22nd floor. This is in North York on Yonge Street, just north of Sheppard Avenue. Paid underground parking is also available with access to the building.
Secondary Location: Assessments can also be conducted in Mississauga, Port Credit area, at 92 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga, ON, L5G 4S2. An additional fee of $113 applies for assessments at the Mississauga location.
Appointments can be scheduled during the weekday and weekends.
